Communication, education and evaluation
Complexitet works with educational institutions, organisations and private companies. The objective is to support equity in education and work which includes the existing complexity in languages and cultures. With this approach Complexitet offers consultancies in:

Work experience
Ms. Timm has 19 years of professional experience in relation to communication and education. She is specialized in in analysis, evaluation, impact assessment, process consultation and in service training in primary and adult education as employed at a Ubiversity College. She has developed a specific competence in relation to bilingual, multicultural matters and gender within school and education.
Further more she holds extensive experince in producing and disseminating information through various media such as conferences, web, film, publications, newsletters etc. She holds experience in managing the responsibility for awareness raising campaigns as employed in a Danish NGO and the Danish Ministry of Education.
Education
MA in Communication and International Development (cand.comm), University of Roskilde, Denmark, 1992. Specialised in development problems, development processes and communication in organisations.
Master of Learning Processes (MLP), University of Aalborg, Denmark 2004. Specialised in organisational learning, intercultural learning, employee participation and process consultation.
